1. As a part of Midtrans’ contribution to the society, Midtrans is dedicated to helping the Indonesian local business community to rebound after being hit by COVID-19 Pandemic by introducing the Zero Fee Program. This program is initiated by PT Midtrans (Midtrans), part of Gojek Group.
2. This program is valid and applies for the selected NEW Midtrans’ merchants who register via Midtrans’s website (www.midtrans.com/zerofee) and complete the onboarding via Passport, starts 15 July - 31 October 2020 at 23:59 WIB. 
3. This program is only valid for merchants who comply with and pass the Midtrans' KYC requirements and process. Merchant will get a confirmation via email about the eligibility status regarding this program, soon after the KYC process is finished. 
4. In this program, the merchant can choose between these services:
   • Accepting payment or
   • Accepting payment and sending money. A sending money service from IRIS is an inseparable part of Payment Gateway 
5. This Zero Fee Program will be applied for Midtrans’s Payment gateway services: 
   • Accepting Payment: FREE transaction service fee (0% MDR) for aggregator payment channel of card transaction, bank transfer (virtual account), GoPay, dan QRIS for total maximum IDR 500 Mio value of transactions for each merchant (“Maximum Cap”) subject to the following conditions:
     • The maximum value of the transaction for each month is IDR 200 Mio per month for each merchant; 
     • In the event the transaction has reached the Maximum Cap, then such a merchant will not be entitled to get the free transaction service fee (0% MDR) anymore, and the normal MDR rate will be applied starting from the next transaction after reaching the Maximum Cap.      • The Zero-Fee Program will be started when the merchant received a successful KYC confirmation email and will be automatically ended on 31 December 2020 at 23:59 WIB. 
     • In the event, the merchant has not reached the Maximum Cap and the Zero Rate Program period has ended, then the merchant’s right to get a free transaction service fee has also ceased and a normal fee will be applied to any transaction which uses Payment Gateway service after the end of the Zero Fee Program.
   • Sending Money: FREE to send money simultaneously/disbursement via all payment channels for 1000 successful disbursement transactions on each merchant (“Maximum Transaction”) subject to the following conditions:
     • The Zero-Fee Program will start when the merchant’s Iris account is live and will end on 30 November 2020 at 23.59 WIB.
     • In the event the transaction has reached Maximum Transaction, then such merchant will not be entitled to the free disbursement fee anymore, and the normal fee will be applied to start from the next disbursement after reaching the Maximum Transaction.      • In the event the merchant has not reached the Maximum Transaction and the Zero Fee Program period has ended, then the merchant’s right to get a free disbursement fee will also cease and the normal fee will be applied to any disbursements made after the end of the Zero Fee Program.
6. The Zero Rate Program  will be given to merchants in the format of cashback by following the process below: 
   • Accepting Payment: All deducted fees will be transferred back to the merchant's bank account which registered in Merchant Administration Portal (MAP) Midtrans after the calculation at the end of the month. If a merchant starts the program after the 20th, the first cashback payment will be after the end of the following month. Any refunded transaction will not be included in the cashback calculation.
   • Sending Money: the cashback made on deducted fees will be transferred to the merchant’s bank account at the latest on 10 working days after the end of each month during the Zero Fee Program period. The last payment of the cashback will be transferred in January 2021.
7. The minimum cashback amount is Rp 10.000,- per month and is subject to withholding tax, and the final payment will be deducted using the applicable withholding tax rate. 
8. By giving the written notification, Midtrans has the right to withhold or terminate the merchant participation on the Zero Fee Program for any reason, including but not limited to canceling all the cashback payments.
9. Midtrans has the right to request for supporting evidence for any transactions.
10. Midtrans has the right to change some part or the entirety of these Terms & Conditions without any prior notice and terminate this program at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
