This Privacy Policy or Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how PT Midtrans and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred as “Midtrans”, “We, “Our”, or “Us”) obtain, collect, store, control, use, process, analyse, improve, update, display, publish, transfer, disclose and protect the Personal Data ("Personal Data Processing") that belongs to merchants/ sellers that use Our Application and Service to receive and process its customers’ transactions (“Merchant”) as well as those of the customers in question that purchase the goods or services offered by Merchant and process the payment of such purchase transaction using Our Service (“Customer”).

This Privacy Notice applies to You, either as a Merchant or a Customer (“User” or “You”) of Our mobile applications (GoPay Merchant App), website (www.midtrans.com and its subsidiary sites), features, services, and products (hereinafter collectively are referred to as “Applications”), and other services or products provided by Us from time to time, whether used within or outside Our Application (Application as well as other services or products referred herein shall collectively be referred to as “Service”), unless covered by a separate privacy notice.

In this Privacy Notice, We have made changes on the Personal Data that We Collect about You by adding the Installed Apps Data for the GoPay Merchant App. We have also added the following email address:  merchant@gopay.co.id as a contact that can be contacted by GoPay Merchant App User
